Andy has led and supported serious and complex investigations, covert operations and intelligence led activity across a wide range of operational environments. His background combines investigative leadership, surveillance practice and analytical thinking with a strong focus on the professional standards required by modern investigations.
Alongside operational delivery, Andy is a College of Policing trainer who designs and delivers practical investigation and surveillance training programmes. His approach is practitioner led, grounded in real casework and focused on developing sustainable organisational capability.
